Roles & Objectives

As an Intern you will be part of our Engineering Solutions Department for Philip Morris Manufacturing & Technology Bologna S.p.A. and will be reporting to Gonca Altug Tinmaz, Manager MDC Planning and Reporting. The position will be based in Bologna.

In your role, you will join the Engineering Solutions team supporting in managing the functional events, the virtual quarterly Town Halls and all activities related to keep the functional HUB updated. You will be working closely with VP of the function and the leadership team providing support from the communications yearly planned activities.

Specific Responsibilities:

Support the team in:

• Organizing functional event, usually one per year (finding the vendor, identifying the place etc.)
• Organize Townhall virtual/in presence, 4 per year,
• Make sure to keep the ES HUB up to date
• Support articles review and uploading in ES HUB
• Publishing posts in Yammer and keep track of visualization measures
• Review and manage the ES comms yearly calendar

Who we’re looking for :

• Degree in Communication, Marketing, Journalism or related fields
• Literacy in Office Suite
• Proficient in English, and Italian
• Ability to work alone, in team and to engage with multi-functional collaborators
• Video creation and Graphic Design Programs (Canva, Photoshop) as a plus
