Business Building Executive
Location: Zamboanga Sales Office
Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, field-based, flexible schedule

What You'll Do

Accountabilities:

• Manage and execute territory plans to achieve sales volume and market share targets.
• Ensure product availability, visibility, distribution, and pricing compliance in assigned outlets.
• Implement trade programs, promotions, and consumer engagement activities.
• Work closely with partner Salesmen to achieve territory and business objectives.
• Strengthen brand presence and increase product distribution to drive sales growth.

Skills and Competencies:

• Graduate of any 4-year course.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and selling skills.
• Field sales experience is an advantage.
• Background in sales or marketing projects is preferred.
