In this full-time, hybrid role you will play a key part in shaping consumer interactions, leveraging data and creativity to drive engagement and growth.
In this role, you will plan, execute, and optimize B2C digital content and CRM campaigns across all our channels, turning insights into action and ensuring a seamless consumer journey. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams (Digital, Consumer Experience, Brand, Consumer Insights) to test new ideas, personalize campaigns, and continuously elevate our marketing performance. Main responsibilities:
- Contribute to the planning, execution, and ongoing improvement of B2C digital content across all consumer touchpoints, including website, CRM, and social media, supporting a consistent and compliant consumer experience.
- Work closely with external digital agencies throughout the content development process, including briefing, reviewing materials, coordinating feedback and approvals, and supporting deployment across digital channels.
- Support the creation, adaptation, and localization of digital content, combining locally developed initiatives with transcreated global assets, while ensuring alignment with local legislation and compliance requirements.
- Actively participate in cross‑functional initiatives focused on enhancing the end‑to‑end consumer experience, collaborating with Digital, Consumer Experience, Marketing, Consumer Insights, and Analytics teams.
- Execute and continuously optimize digital and CRM campaigns by applying insights and testing different approaches to improve engagement, conversion, and overall performance.
- Use data and performance insights to identify improvement opportunities and support a test‑and‑learn approach to content and channel optimization.
- Collaborate with local and central digital and marketing teams to support execution of global and local initiatives across digital channels.
- Support SEO‑related activities, contributing to on‑page optimization, content structure, and improved discoverability.
What you’ll bring (Qualifications):
- Experience in digital content management (website, social media, CRM)
- Proven experience working with creative and digital agencies (briefing, reviews, approvals)
- CRM and tech know-how: Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud preferred) and a passion for marketing technology and data-driven marketing
- Business & marketing acumen: Solid understanding of marketing concepts and overall business drivers, enabling you to connect data insights to business outcomes
- Problem-solving mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure complex business problems into clear, actionable analysis plans
- Drive & initiative: Self-motivated, enthusiastic self-starter with a strong drive for results and continuous improvement
- Adaptability: Comfortable working with complexity and ambiguity, and eager to learn and innovate to find creative solutions
- Collaborative spirit: Excellent team player who can work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, always keeping the consumer-centric mindset in focus
