Join our team in Zagreb as a Specialist Commercial Organization Development, where you will play a key role in shaping and elevating the consumer experience across our commercial channels, with a strong focus on brand retail and frontline execution excellence.
This is not a traditional Learning & Development role — it is a commercially focused position that requires deep understanding of frontline sales environments, consumer interactions, and the ability to translate business needs into practical, field-ready capabilities.
We offer full-time employment with a contract for an indefinite period. Location of work is Zagreb with the possibility of hybrid work.
Your ‘day to day’:
You will be responsible for:
-
Driving consistency and excellence in retail customer experience, particularly within brand retail environments, ensuring frontline teams deliver premium, engaging, and conversion-focused interactions.
-
Identifying capability gaps in real commercial environments by closely working with frontline teams, observing behaviors, and understanding what drives (or blocks) effective consumer engagement and execution.
-
Translating commercial priorities into practical capability solutions, adapting training approaches, tools, and content to reflect real-life sales and retail scenarios.
-
Coaching and supporting frontline teams and coordinators, helping improve how they engage consumers, communicate product value, and deliver a high-quality brand experience.
-
Partnering with B2C Leads, commercial managers, and external partners to ensure field coaching, capability development, and performance expectations are aligned and consistently applied.
-
Supporting Training Needs Analysis with a strong focus on frontline execution and consumer experience, defining what “good” looks like in the field and aligning on expected performance standards.
-
Designing and evolving onboarding and development experiences, including modern formats (e.g., digital/video-based content), ensuring scalability and relevance for large frontline populations.
-
Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external training providers to adapt and localize training content, ensuring it reflects business priorities and frontline realities.
-
Monitoring effectiveness and business relevance of capability initiatives, using feedback, field observations, and performance indicators to continuously improve impact.
-
Supporting planning and tracking of training-related investments in line with business priorities.
Who we’re looking for
-
2+ years of experience in a commercial, retail, or frontline sales environment, or in a role closely supporting these functions (e.g. sales training/coaching, retail operations, commercial capability building).
-
Hands-on understanding of consumer-facing roles (e.g., retail, field sales, experiential environments); you know what great consumer interaction looks like in practice.
-
University degree in marketing, economics, business administration or another relevant field.
-
Proven ability to translate business needs into practical, actionable guidance for frontline teams.
-
Experience in coaching, mentoring, or developing people in a commercial setting is a strong advantage.
-
Background in premium retail, fashion, or consumer experience-driven environments is a plus.
-
Digital and AI curiosity: comfortable using modern tools to enhance learning and engagement.
-
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns in performance and translate them into improvement actions.
-
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
-
High level of ownership, proactivity, and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
-
Proficient in spoken and written English and Croatian.
