Join our team in Zagreb as Manager Strategy Growth and you will act as a coordinator of the annual strategy process & liaison to the Management Team for all activities in strategy formulation and execution, providing support & insights, while coordinating & monitoring annual commercial plan, updating strategic outlook for Croatian and Slovenian affiliates

We offer full time employment with contract for an indefinite period of time.

Your ‘day to day’

You will be:

• Facilitating and contributing to the annual Strategy Cycle by defining key business questions, coordinating development of Strategy Plan/Long Range Plan and Annual Commercial Plan.
• Coordinating information gathering & analysis with other key stakeholders, act as SPOC for Croatian and Slovenian affiliates.
• Leading or participating in strategic projects in line with defined market strategic priorities.
• Performing analysis to support Commercial Heads in decision making.
• Ensuring that objectives are properly cascaded and monitored to ensure delivery of market strategic priorities in line with OB and regional guidance.
• Reporting strategy execution progress to key stakeholders in collaboration with Business Planning and Commercial teams.

Who we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Management, Marketing, Engineering or Finance related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience, in Consumer Goods, Consumer Electronics, Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences, Retail or Telecommunications.
• Advanced strategy development and project management experience, working across a large project portfolio and providing enterprise-wide solutions.
• Strong business and financial acumen in understanding market and industry trends.
• Outstanding strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving ability, and storytelling capabilities.
• Curious and fast learner.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• A pragmatic, positive “can-do” attitude and hands-on approach, moving swiftly from strategy to action and focusing on what can be achieved concretely over relatively short period of time.
• Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally; ability to quickly establish herself/himself as a visible and engaged leader; aptitude to partner with and challenge senior executives.
• Solid interpersonal and people management abilities.
• Highly effective communication and collaboration skills across the organization.
• Full fluency in English.
