Join our team in Zagreb as a Business Building Executive, where you will take full ownership of a defined territory and drive sales performance and execution directly in the field.  

This is a highly field-based sales role, requiring strong commercial mindset, relationship-building skills, and the ability to operate hands-on across multiple B2B customers and locations. 

 

We offer full-time employment with a contract for an indefinite period.  

 

Your ‘day to day’: 

You will be responsible for: 

  • Working in the field, visiting points of sale, managing relationships, and ensuring execution across your territory within Zagreb and surrounding areas. 

  • Driving sales and execution across a wide B2B universe, including kiosks, tobacco shops, and independent retailers. 

  • Negotiating with customers, ensuring product availability and in-store execution of our portfolio. 

  • Owning end-to-end territory planning, including visit schedules, activity planning, and deployment of sales initiatives. 

  • Managing and executing local key accounts, ensuring agreements are implemented effectively across those locations. 

  • Coordinating and collaborating with 3rd party field teams (e.g., trade activators, merchandisers, informers), ensuring they deliver according to plan and act as your “eyes and ears” in the market. 

  • Ensuring retail staff are informed by supporting product knowledge and engagement at point of sale. 

  • Monitoring market execution and identifying opportunities for improvement and engagement with traders. 

  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure consistent execution across all channels, including retail and B2B environments. 

 

Who we’re looking for 

  • University degree, ideally in economics, business administration or another relevant field. 

  • Experience in field sales roles with clear exposure to customer-facing activities, working with multiple accounts, ideally in FMCG, distribution, retail, or similar environments. 

  • Strong sales mindset – comfortable approaching customers, initiating conversations, and building relationships in person. 

  • Proven ability to work independently in the field, manage a territory, and drive execution without constant supervision. 

  • Natural communicator and relationship builder, proactive, and confident in interacting with different customer profiles. 

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan visits, prioritize tasks, manage multiple stakeholders, and lead 3rd party teams. 

  • Hands-on, action-oriented, and comfortable with a dynamic, field-based role rather than office-based work. 

  • Fluent in spoken and written Croatian and English. 

  • Valid driver’s license (mandatory).
