Join our team as a B2C Lead West and you will be working on enabling the 3rd party teams, building and executing the infrastructural and consumer centric strategy and aiding its execution on the field.

We offer full-time employment with contract for an indefinite period of time.

Your ‘day to day’

You will be responsible for:

  •  Developing business and leading B2C activities in respective region to maximize business potential and increase customer experience on Direct channels
  • Building and executing the infrastructural and consumer centric strategy and aiding its execution on the field
  • Cooperating with 3rd party supervisor team to ensure adequate execution of 3rd party force services
  • Establishing and communicating clear expectations in terms of KPI's and standards to be evaluated.
  • Contributing to the development of commercial strategy based on channel performance and territory insights (people performance, conversion performance, consumer behavior...).
  • Ensuring smooth communication flow between all key stakeholders (both internal and external).
  • Collecting and analyzing consumer experiences, sharing insights, proposing corrective actions, and following up on them.
  • Deploying commercial programs, projects, and initiatives in Point of Sales ensuring effective execution of the Consumer Journeys to enable seamless omni-channel Consumer Experiences.
  •  Supporting development and implementation of B2C operations processes, including sales, registration, stock management, returns, safety procedures, contingency systems, ensuring efficiency and scalability.  
  • Maintaining regular reporting using the reports to assess performance including overall channel performance and day to day performance of B2C operations.
  • Planning and managing channel budget

Who we’re looking for

  • University degree in economics, business administration or other relevant fields.
  • 3 years of relevant work experience in sales, marketing or consumer experience.
  • Consumer centric mindset.
  • Learning on the fly and open to continuously develop.
  • Proactive and positive approach to problem solving.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to details.
  • Experience in project management will be considered a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
  • Proficient English and Croatian language skills.
