Job Responsibilities

  • Implement sales strategy through efficient management of the territory in a responsible and consistent manner.
  • Identify and plan volume potential, analyze sales and business trends, and prepare effective sales plans for your area of responsibility.
  • Propose a Business Builders sales plan, share responsibility for its fulfillment, and ensure professional evaluation after a given time period.
  • Build and maintain constructive and productive long-term partnerships with customers and distributor representatives in your assigned territory.
  • Ensure the implementation of commercial, distribution, and marketing activities within your assigned area.
  • Act as the Manager responsible for Business Builders’ critical metrics across your territory.
  • Align targets and activities of subordinates operating in their assigned environments.
  • Enhance teamwork by providing regular mentorship, coaching, and professional training for team members. Encourage initiatives to improve their potential.
  • Monitor and analyze market information to maintain comprehensive knowledge of the district.
  • Plan and control the use of the approved budget necessary for the implementation of plans and regional development strategies.
  • Lead the team to ensure brand performance and the launch of new products in defined trade categories within the district.
  • Manage a POS selection for availability support based on district, trade category knowledge, and territory alignments.
  • Guide and empower subordinates to excel in performance and realize their potential.

Required Qualifications

  • University degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales, distribution, consumer engagement, or brand building.
  • Proficient in Armenian and Russian; upper-intermediate proficiency in English.
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office products.
  • Driving license B and experienced driver.
