The Supervisor (Lead) SFP Brand & Content Marketing plays a role of an orchestrator of Aligned Brand roll-out, market portfolio initiatives and activities that enhance brand equity, awareness, consideration, and intent to buy SFP products. This includes participation in development and leading execution of comprehensive omni-channel Brand strategies designed to engage consumers at various stages of the Consumer Journey. The position involves strategic planning and implementation across the omni-channel landscape, optimizing the market portfolio, managing the consumer journey from awareness to advocacy, and ensuring seamless collaboration with Hub, Regional, and Global teams while upholding strict compliance with all relevant PMI principles and practices.


 Principal Accountabilities

1. Strategic Brand Management

  • Execute global/regional brand strategies locally.
  • Lead content adaptation and ensure consistent, consumer-focused messaging.
  • Drive consumer-centric creativity and ensure strict compliance with marketing policies.

2. 360° Brand Building

  • Develop and manage integrated campaigns across digital, retail, events, and CRM.
  • Ensure consistent brand communication and cross-channel alignment.
  • Monitor brand performance and contribute to KPI setting and research.

3. Market Portfolio Strategy

  • Implement portfolio strategy and identify local growth opportunities aligned with global direction.

4. Execution & Performance Tracking

  • Deliver campaigns and engagement initiatives across channels.
  • Track performance metrics and optimize strategies.
  • Oversee production of marketing materials and ensure execution excellence.

5. Events & Consumer Engagement

  • Plan and execute brand events to increase awareness and engagement.
  • Align activities with brand objectives and global standards.

6. Social Media & Content

  • Manage communication calendar and provide content for digital platforms.

7. Team Management

  • Lead and coordinate marketing team activities, timelines, and performance.
  • Ensure effective collaboration and communication.

8. Agency & Partnerships

  • Manage external agencies, vendors, and partnerships following procurement standards.

9. Budget & Sustainability

  • Optimize marketing budget and ensure ROI.
  • Integrate sustainability into brand initiatives.
