Position Title:  Supervisor Portfolio and Consumer Value

Currently Philip Morris Armenia is looking for the Portfolio and Consumer Value Supervisor joining our team. This is a great opportunity to work with the diversified, dynamic, and innovation driven team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Contributing to development and implementation of Brand Portfolio plans and marketing strategies thus contributing to achievement of marketing objectives
• Leading initiation, development and execution in a rapid time frame of all new product and packaging initiatives.
• Managing the preparation of commercial plans that address strategic brand positioning, product, packaging, pricing. Analyzing market dynamics and the brands in order to define the business opportunities/business issues.
• Developing brand support plans and ensure building brand equity within selected communication platform.
• Preparing and tracking all marketing initiatives from the earliest stage (idea development) until market commercialization of the product.
• Collaborate with other PM departments to ensure the best, the most relevant, actionable and feasible, as well as compliant, marketing product.
• Proposing appropriate brand expenditures to implement the brand strategy and deployment plan. Controlling assigned marketing expenses and analyzes the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of brand marketing .

Required qualifications

• Higher education in marketing / business / linguistics
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in marketing and project management
• PR/marketing background
• Very good knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English
• Work experience in international company and digital marketing is a plus
• Work experience as digital / content marketer is a plus
