Position Title:  Scientist - Experimental Engineering

We are seeking a Scientist – Experimental Engineering to lead experimental engineering projects that drive research and development initiatives at PMI. This is a key position where your work will directly contribute to advancing technology and ensuring the successful delivery of experimental projects.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Lead experimental engineering projects, ensuring their timely and successful completion.

• Investigate new technologies and generate innovative ideas that contribute to PMI product success.

• Evaluate proposals from external partners and collaborate to develop impactful solutions.

• Design, develop, and implement experimental setups and protocols.

• Conduct experiments, collect data, and analyze results to deliver meaningful conclusions.

• Develop measurement methodologies for existing lab equipment.

• Manage lab equipment maintenance, ordering of supplies, and ensuring optimal operational readiness.

• Collaborate with internal and external partners to exchange knowledge and stay updated on emerging technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Master’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in experimental laboratories, preferably in a research & development setting.
