Position Title: SFP Marketing Executive

The SFP (Smoke-Free Products) Marketing Executive plays a critical role in the successful development, launch, and positioning of Philip Morris Armenia’s smoke-free product portfolio. This role is instrumental in shaping brand strategy, executing integrated marketing campaigns, increasing brand awareness, and driving commercial performance in alignment with the company’s global smoke-free vision.
The position requires a highly skilled and strategically minded marketing professional with strong executional capabilities, fluent in Armenian, English, and Russian. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in brand building, marketing campaign development and result-oriented campaign management, with a focus on consumer engagement and market impact.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Development
- Lead the development of consumer-centric marketing campaigns for smoke-free products in the Armenian market.
- Adapt and localize global brand positioning to ensure cultural relevance and local market resonance.
2. Brand Launch & Awareness
- Oversee the full lifecycle of new product and brand launches, including planning, positioning, and go-to-market execution.
- Build brand equity through impactful storytelling, consistent messaging, and targeted communications.
3. Campaign Execution & Management
- Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Lead experiential marketing activities and brand events that enhance consumer connection.
4. Budgeting & KPI Setting
- Own the development and monitoring of marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing effectiveness and ROI.
- Use insights to refine strategies and maximize impact.
5. Cross-functional & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with commercial, sales, digital, legal, and external agency partners to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
- Serve as a key point of contact for cross-departmental coordination related to brand and campaign activities.
6. Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze campaign and brand performance data to draw actionable insights.
- Develop regular reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4–5 years of professional experience in marketing, preferably within the creative and marketing angencies, consumer electronics, or lifestyle sectors.
- Languages: Fluent in Armenian, English, and Russian (spoken and written).
- Technical Competencies:
- Strong background in marketing campaigns, brand building, and brand launches
- Experience with result-driven campaigns, event management, and consumer engagement
- Solid understanding of marketing budgeting, KPI setting, and ROI analysis
- Skilled in presentation development, stakeholder communication, and business storytelling
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); familiarity with CRM, data analytics, and digital tools is an advantage
