Philip Morris Armenia, is looking for a passionate and driven Consumer Experience Executive. You will be a part of Smoke Free Products team responsible for acquisition programs development, implementation & proper delivery to consumers. You will contribute to smoke-free world creation.
 
Job responsibilities
  • Develop and execute omnichannel strategies to acquire quality users through awareness, engagement, and proximity-building initiatives.
  • Accountable for omnichannel organic consumer quality acquisition. Validate and monitor targets and actual performance of consumer acquisition funnel.
  • Ensure seamless execution across Brand Retail, Indirect Retail, IQOS Partners and digital platforms. Monitor funnel performance and validate targets.
  • Monitor and optimize acquisition performance across touchpoints, aligning mechanics with channel goals
  • Oversee lead management with a focus on quality, ensuring high-value leads enter acquisition channels.
  • Develop tailored motivational campaigns across diverse channels.
  • Manage consumer onboarding processes and ensure brand consistency across all programs both with online and offline materials.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Channel Managers, Retention, and Digital teams to maintain a cohesive acquisition funnel.
  • Provide Marketing with clear briefs for acquisition-led initiatives and oversee material production.
  • Use analytics to track KPIs, uncover trends, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholder, external vendors and agencies to enhance program outcomes.
  • Conduct cross-channel training sessions to drive product and program awareness and adoption.
Required qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in project design and management.
  • Languages: Fluent in Armenian, English, and Russian (spoken and written).
  • Technical Competencies:
    • Strong background in campaign launches, lead management and consumer experience/engagement
    • Solid knowledge of budgeting, KPI setting, and ROI analysis
    • Skilled in presentation development, stakeholder communication, and business storytelling
    • Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel); familiarity with CRM, data analytics, and digital tools is an advantage
