Job responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive local digital strategy aligned with global and organizational objectives.
  • Design, plan, and optimize digital campaigns and activities across multiple channels (e.g., website, mobile app).
  • Develop detailed campaign plans, including audience segmentation, messaging, and budget allocation.
  • Collaborate with global and cross-functional teams to enhance digital tools and platforms.
  • Provide operational support to B2B Customer Care teams, troubleshooting and escalating technical issues as needed.
  • Monitor and analyze data analytics and market trends to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with digital partners and vendors, negotiating contracts and exploring new collaboration opportunities.
  • Provide technical support and training to frontline teams, including onboarding and ongoing skill development.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of new digital platforms, conducting usability testing and UX/UI audits.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to execute digital initiatives within scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Ensure all digital activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and corporate policies, conducting regular compliance audits.
  • Generate and present analytic reports to management, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Develop and monitor detailed implementation plans for digital initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.

Required qualifications (optional)

  • Education:
    • University degree required; higher education in Digital Marketing, Information Technology, or related disciplines is preferred.
  • Work Experience:
    • 2–3 years in Business Analyst or System Analyst roles.
    • 1–2 years in FMCG business (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Skills:
    • Demonstrable experience in managing digital activities: paid campaigns, email marketing, affiliate programs.
    • Fluency in digital analytics and data-driven decision making.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
    • Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within cross-departmental teams.
    • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Fluent in English and Armenian.
