Position Title: Commercial Deployment Planning Senior Executive

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Deployment planning Sr Executive responsible for designing and implementing sustainable go-to-market commercial deployment plans aligned with business priorities and category objectives. The role focuses on developing marketing activities and initiatives, managing crossfunctional project execution, and driving disciplined deployment of activities through structured timelines, governance routines, and measurable KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and execute sustainable go-to-market commercial deployment plans
• Develop marketing plans and sales forecasts aligned with business growth objectives
• Monitor and plan all marketing and commercial activities and initiatives from ideation to deployment
• FF Target logic setting and monitoring based on business need
• Acquisition and Retention target split between channels
• Relevant KPI and metrics design for progress measurement
• Manage governance of the assigned commercial channel
• Monitor channel performance and develop corrective action plans when needed
• Provide market insights and set project priorities based on customer and competitive analysis
• Lead, plan, prioritize, and oversee the work of direct and/or indirect reports
Requirements

Higher education in Management or Business

3+ years of hands-on project management experience in dynamic environments

Proven experience in commercial and channel management, with a strong track record of developing go tomarket strategies, optimizing channel performance, and executing crossfunctional commercial deployment initiatives

Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies

Strong analytical and forecasting skills

Proficiency with tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other analytics platforms

Ability to set priorities, manage deadlines, and coordinate crossfunctional activities

Excellent problemsolving, planning and decision-making skills and the ability to propose corrective commercial actions

Leadership and stakeholder management experience

Effective communication abilities and professional fluency in English and Armenian
