התפקיד כולל ריכוז ופיקוח על כלל משימות התפעול של מרכז ההפצה ובכלל זה צוות העובדים, בהתאם לנהלי החברה בנושא אחסנה ולוגיסטיקה. ובכך לסייע בהשגת זמינות המוצרים שלנו בשוק בצורה חסכונית ויעילה, כל זאת תוך שמירה על רמת איכות ושירות לקוחות יוצאת דופן.

איך יראה היום יום שלך (תחומי אחריות) ?
- אחריות על משימות תפעול המחסן לרבות, הנחיות שוטפות ל צוות העובדים הכולל 7 מחסנאים.
- ניהול מלאי קפדני, תוך שמירה על רמת מלאי נדרשת בהתאם לצורכי החברה.
- לוודא ביצוע הולם של קליטות מלאי והעברות מלאי בין אתרי האחסון במערכת ניהול המלאי.
- בקרת מלאי שוטפת, על ידי ביצוע ספירות פיזיות; התאמה עם מערכת ניהול המלאי.
- אחריות על "רצפת התפעול" על מנת להבטיח יעילות מרבית של העמסה ופריקת רכבי הפצה.
- אחריות על שגרות עבודה במחסן לרבות שגרות ניקיון, סדר וארגון של שטח התפעול והמחסן.
- לנתח תהליכים קיימים ושיטות עבודה, לפתח וליישם פעולות שיפור, לחפש ולהציג שיטות וגישות חדשות לעבודה.
- לספק שירותים מעולים למחלקות ולבעלי העניין הרלוונטיים, תוך שיתוף פעולה מתמיד עם צוות המכירות בפרט.
אז מה אנחנו מחפשים (יכולות וניסיון)?
- השכלה: בגרות מלאה, תואר ראשון - יתרון
- ניסיון של 3 שנים בתפקידי תפעול, ייצור, מחסן או סביבת הפצה הכוללת שרשרת אספקה ולוגיסטיקה.
- ידע חזק בכל תוכנות Office (Excel Power Point, Word)
- אנגלית ועברית מצוינת - קריאה, כתיבה, הצגה.
We offer an opportunity to join our operations team at the Yavne depot.
The position includes concentration and supervision of all operational tasks of the distribution center, including the staff, following the company's procedures regarding storage and logistics. thereby helping to achieve the availability of our products in the market economically and efficiently, all while maintaining an exceptional level of quality and customer service.
The selected candidate will report to the Warehouse Supervisor.
What will your day-to-day look like (Responsibilities)?
- Responsibility for operating the warehouse, including ongoing instructions to the staff that includes 7 warehouses.
- Strict inventory management, while maintaining a required inventory level according to the company's needs.
- Ensure adequate execution of inventory receipts and transfers between the storage sites in the inventory management system.
- Regular inventory control, by performing physical counts; Compatibility with the inventory management system.
- Responsibility for the "operating floor" to ensure maximum efficiency of loading and unloading distribution vehicles.
- Responsibility for work routines in the warehouse, including cleaning routines, order, and organization of the operating area and the warehouse.
- Analyze existing processes and work methods, develop, and implement improvement actions, and search for and present new methods and approaches to work.
- To provide excellent services to the relevant departments and stakeholders, while constantly cooperating with the sales team.
What are we looking for (Skills and Experience)?
- 3 years experience in operations, production, warehouse, or distribution environment including supply chain and logistics.
- Education: A full matriculation, degree is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of all Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent English and Hebrew - reading, writing, presentation.
