An on‑the‑road, van‑sale role responsible for distributing, merchandising, selling, and cash‑collecting tobacco and heated‑tobacco products across a fixed daily route of ~25–30 retail points. Representatives start independently at 06:30 at the designated distribution center, pick up a fully loaded van (cigarettes, cartons, heated‑tobacco kits), visit retailers, check on‑hand and missing stock, build sales, pick and deliver goods, and collect payments (cash/checks). At the end of the route, they return to the depot to complete logistical reconciliation (vehicle stock & next‑day loading) and financial reconciliation in the system. Workdays are Sun–Thu; typical finish around 16:00–16:30 on Sun/Mon/Wed/Thu; Tuesday is a shorter day. The first month is structured shadowing, followed by a learning curve until routes and rhythm are fully mastered.
