직무목적:

1. DDS와 PDCA 사이클을 기반으로 Factory Logistics 성과를 관리하여 KPI 가시성, 적시 이슈 에스컬레이션 및 지속 개선 문화를 강화한다.

2. Factory Logistics Cost 데이터를 정확하게 관리하여 비용 투명성을 높이고, 생산성 개선 활동에 기여함으로써 효과적인 비용 및 예산 관리를 지원한다.

3. 로컬 Factory Logistics 조직과 Global Logistics Communication Channel 간의 핵심 조율 담당자로서 적시 정보 흐름과 부서 간 정렬을 지원한다.

4. 안전, 품질, 서비스, 비용 효율성 및 운영 안정성을 강화하는 프로세스 개선을 추진하여 End-to-End Supply Chain 운영 수준 향상에 기여한다.

주요업무:

Factory Logistics 성과 관리

1. DDS와 PDCA 루틴을 통해 Factory Logistics KPI 후속 관리를 리드하고, 성과 갭, 리스크 및 개선 조치가 명확히 가시화되고 효과적으로 관리되도록 한다.

2. Operations, Planning, Manufacturing, Quality 등 주요 이해관계자와 긴밀히 협업하여 성과를 리뷰하고, 우선순위 이슈를 에스컬레이션하며, 데이터 기반 의사결정을 지원한다.

비용 및 예산 관리

1. 각 Budget Cycle 마다 Factory Logistics Cost 데이터를 유지·업데이트하여 정확성, 투명성 및 비즈니스 우선순위와의 정합성을 확보한다.

2. 비용 성과를 분석하고, Factory Logistics 운영 전반의 생산성, 효율성 및 비용 최적화 활동을 지원한다.

Global Logistics Communication 및 조율

1. Global Logistics Communication 의 주요 담당자로서 글로벌 업데이트를 명확한 로컬 실행 과제로 연결하고, 공장 조직의 피드백이 적시에 전달되도록 한다.

2. 물류 관련 업데이트, 요청사항, 우수 사례 및 실행 계획을 취합·공유·관리하여 조직 간 정렬을 강화한다.

End-to-End Supply Chain 프로세스 개선

1. 안전, 품질, 서비스 안정성, 비용 효율성, 표준화 및 단순화 관점에서 End-to-End Supply Chain 전반의 개선 기회를 발굴하고 추진한다.

2. 부서 간 이해관계자와 협업하여 개선 조치를 실행하고, 진행 상황을 모니터링하며, Factory Logistics 운영 우선순위를 지원하는 지속 가능한 성과가 창출되도록 한다.

필요 역량 및 자격요건:

학력: 대학교 졸업자; 물류, 공급망관리, 경영학 또는 관련 전공자 우대

경력: 물류, 공급망, 창고 운영 또는 제조 운영 분야에서 최소 5년 이상의 경력 보유자 우대

기타 역량/직무 특화 요건: 한국어 및 영어 능통; 원활한 커뮤니케이션, 조율, 분석 및 문제 해결 역량 보유; MS Office, SAP 및 WMS 활용 가능자 우대

POSITION TITLE: Warehouse Coordinator

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

1. Manage Factory Logistics performance through DDS and PDCA cycles, strengthening KPI visibility, timely issue escalation, and a culture of continuous improvement.

2. Support effective cost and budget management by maintaining accurate Factory Logistics cost data, improving cost transparency, and contributing to productivity initiatives.

3. Serve as a key coordination point between the local Factory Logistics organization and Global Logistics communication channels, enabling timely information flow and cross-functional alignment.

4. Contribute to end-to-end Supply Chain excellence by driving process improvements that enhance safety, quality, service, cost efficiency, and operational resilience.

PRINCIPAL ACC.OUNTABILITIES

Factory Logistics Performance Management

1. Lead the follow-up of Factory Logistics KPIs through DDS and PDCA routines, ensuring performance gaps, risks, and improvement actions are clearly visible and effectively managed.

2. Work closely with operations, planning, manufacturing, quality, and other key stakeholders to review performance, escalate priorities, and support fact-based decision-making.

Cost and Budget Management

1. Maintain and update Factory Logistics cost data during each budget cycle, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and alignment with business priorities.

2. Analyze cost performance and support productivity, efficiency, and cost optimization initiatives across Factory Logistics operations.

Global Logistics Communication and Coordination

1. Act as the main contact point for Global Logistics communication, translating global updates into clear local actions and ensuring timely feedback from the factory organization.

2. Consolidate, communicate, and follow up on logistics-related updates, requests, best practices, and action plans to strengthen organizational alignment.

End-to-End Supply Chain Process Improvement

1. Identify and drive improvement opportunities across the end-to-end Supply Chain, focusing on safety, quality, service reliability, cost efficiency, standardization, and simplification.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement improvement actions, monitor progress, and ensure sustainable results that support Factory Logistics operational priorities.

SKILLS and COMPETENCIES

Education: College or university degree required; major in logistics, supply chain, business administration, or a related field preferred.

Work Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or manufacturing operations preferred.

Other Skills/Function Specifics: Fluent in Korean and English; strong communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and WMS preferred.
