YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’

In this position you will ensure and coordinate the execution of VSU work processes and standards across IM phases; manage Manufacturing projects masterplan with related resource planning for VSU activities; coordinate early phase of IM work processes; coach and coordinate VSU leads and teams during deployment phase to reach Vertical Start Up.

• Ensure and coordinate Execution of VSU Work process & Standard across the factory
• Manage production Project masterplan with related Resource planning for VSU activities
• Coordinate Early Phase work process (VSU Success criteria/VSU assessment/CQV
• Proactively participate in budgets’ and forecasts preparation for respective function within the company, review targets with business objectives by financial analysis to support management's decision-making process
• Define and Manage projects Master planning inside production in collaboration with External and internal Project Managers.
• Create an Initiative working to ensure proper preparation and Excellent execution to reach VSU target.
• Define Initiative VSU team and overall resources needed to deliver Initiative Masterplan (time, budget, Manufacturing resource, VSU resource , etc.)
• Make sure that masterplan is agreed with Senior Management and aligned with Site Overall Masterplan.
• Monitor project progress, coordinating activities through the VSU leaders, making sure all the deployment work processes are properly applied to ensure the successful completion of the stages and finally the projects.
• Control project plan by reviewing Work process status, Deliverables, risk mitigation plan and schedule changes.
• Make sure that the relevant Manufacturing departments (Safety, quality, etc.) are properly supporting the Initiative scope and the VSU delivery.
• Make all necessary arrangements to support the start-up team to reach the VSU target (60 shifts) during verification phase.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• University degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, etc.).
• At least 10 years of Manufacturing Background with previous experience in Leadership Role
• Expertise of project management and preferably VSU tools 
• An individual able to work under time pressure, prioritize tasks and follow time frames.
• A person with the skill of perspective thinking and ability to narrow a number of details into readable management view;
• Excellent information technology skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SAP, PPA/SPA)
• Experience in Leading and influencing others with ability to coach and motivate teams
• Presentation and stakeholder management Skills (internal and external)
• Fluent in Korean and English
