THE OPPORTUNITY
To strengthen our team, we are currently sourcing a Key Account Manager who will report to the Manager Sales Luxemburg.
As a Key Account Manager, you will be accountable for driving results at multiple accounts across all channels. Together with the Country Team, you will be a key enabler in our commercial strategy.
You are passionate about making a meaningful impact for both our team and our consumers, bringing curiosity, collaboration, empathy, and a strong drive for continuous improvement to activate and grow current and potential accounts into long‑term PM partners.
Responsibilities of this role:
- Translate national sales KPIs into key account and individual objectives
- Develop and manage team and individual activities to optimize results, create team spirit and team efficiency
- Develop, implement, and follow up of activities with your accounts while creating feedback to the Sales team
- Build and maintain business relations with Key Business Partners
- Transparent and continuous collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Participate in back-office projects as a representative for the Country Team
- Budget coordination accurate and regular analyses on your assigned budget to optimize the spending
- Convey our “Smoke Free Future – vision” message to your accounts.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in collaborating closely with business partners (i.e. Key Account Management) with 2-5 years in the similar position
- You have commercial experience in a FMCG, Food, Beverages, Consumer Electronics or other relevant environments
- Fluency in French and English (good understanding of German is a plus)
- You are a team player, leading by example and you are able to get the best out of every team member
- You are a true relationship builder
- Like to work in an independent way, within your own accountabilities
- You have an affinity with data and experience in turning data insights into an actionable business plan and aren’t afraid to pivot if needed
- Looking at the major challenges, you are result oriented, sales driven, eager to learn, to challenge and you like to work in a collaborative way in a dynamic environment.
