Responsibilities of this role:

  • Execute the commercial plans with excellence of PMI and combine this with own initiatives
  • Optimizing the levers, resources available to you to allow you to achieve your objectives
  • Make sure PMI’s products are present everywhere in your region to ensure the retention of our consumers
  • Build a strong relationship with your clients and develop visibility in their POS to increase advocacy capabilities

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Hold a bachelor’s or master’s Degree (A first experience in sales is an advantage, but not a must) 
  • You are fluent in French and English. (Fluency in German would be a plus)
  • Are willing to take initiatives and responsibilities (strong entrepreneurial spirit)
  • Are a top communicator (you love to sell)
  • Are a winner!
  • Shows a high interest in customer centricity
  • Are an evolutive and mobile profile in the long term.

What will the selection process look like? 

Talent Acquisition (TA) will perform an initial screening to assess whether candidates match the defined vacancy requirements. If this is the case, the candidate will be invited for 2 competency-based (virtual) interviews.

In parallel, you will be asked to complete online assessment tests*.
