Position Title:  Batch Record Reviewer

Your Day-to-Day

Review batch production records, manage product nonconformities and CAPAs, and support product release for commercial manufacturing. Provide quality reporting, technical support, and quality assessments in accordance with PMI Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with PMI, FDA, ISO, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Review, maintain, and archive batch production and release documentation.
• Generate reports, analyze data, and support Quality KPI monitoring.
• Investigate deviations and non-conforming products; support CAPA implementation and trend analysis.
• Provide quality support, risk assessments, and solutions for product and process issues.
• Support implementation of quality standards and self-control systems on the manufacturing floor.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on product, process, and quality improvements.
• Deliver quality-related training and promote quality awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences, Physical Sciences, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or FMCG production.
• Experience with batch record documentation and quality systems.
• Knowledge of root cause analysis, quality tools, and data analysis.
• Understanding of ISO standards and FDA requirements.
• FDA-regulated manufacturing experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Fluent English.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay Starting at $30.50/hour
