We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager/Head Market Success to be responsible for the strategy and vision of our Regional Hub. This role is responsible and accountable for improving the delivery of market service offerings for all omnichannel marketing efforts. You will engage with market and program leadership to ensure accurate communication of progress and work closely with the Regional Hub Head of Consumer Omnichannel to deliver the regional digital & omnichannel strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead global to market localization of product launches, campaigns, and programs, working with markets and central delivery teams.
- Drive business OGSM setting/targeting/follow-ups and lead performance reporting setup and maintenance (local and regional).
- Maintain relationships with collaborators from the region and market as the main SPOC of the HUB, based on the commercial calendar, market priorities, and resource/capability planning.
- Prioritize and lead strategic meetings with the region and markets (QBR, region monthly meetings, monthly market meetings, etc.) and drive action plans accordingly among other HUB members (including SMEs).
- Lead the expansion of the HUB B2B service and ensure integration in the region to increase alliances and consistency while elevating its role as a key communication channel.
- Lead and maintain the B2C commercial calendar for the region with regular synchronization with markets and ensure dissemination within SMEs.
- Ensure continuous and robust coordination among HUB SMEs, region, markets, and OC in general business by leading vital initiatives and alignments.
- Support manager delivery in feedback loops on content and processes while maintaining continuous alignment and interference as needed.
Background:
- Robust experience in digital and marketing strategy with a digital media agency or blue-chip direct-to-consumer company.
- Knowledge and experience of working with senior management (VP & Directors) on market, regional, and global levels.
- Diligent with proven organizational and project management skills.
- Proven track record in an agency-side client-service environment, including exposure to clients and the ability to lead project teams.
Key Proficiencies & Skills:
- Understanding of the importance of project management, client/account management, data-driven decisions, and technology as foundational business architecture to deliver marketing activities optimally across all channels.
- Strong planning and financial analysis skills.
- Knowledge of the offline retail marketplace is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and team leadership skills.
- Experience with lean start-up methodologies and ways of working.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Drive program deployment and workarounds on markets’ operating platforms (DCE, DCS, DCX, Monolith, Local).
- Facilitate channel performance optimization under markets’ different operating platforms.
- Lead and handle the complexity of small and large-scale market deployment calendars based on NPLs, programs, and campaigns.
