Position Title:  Supervisor Procurement Account

As a Manager Procurement Account (PL), you will play a pivotal role in delivering strategic sourcing initiatives, building strong partnerships with business stakeholders, and shaping supplier ecosystems that support the company's growth ambitions. You will operate at the intersection of commercial strategy, supplier innovation, and business transformation, and ensure that Procurement is a true value creator for the organization.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years procurement and/or Strategic Sourcing, Category Management, or Supply Chain.
• Relevant prior experience in international company.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience managing suppliers and leading sourcing projects in a complex business environment.
• Analytical thinking with the ability to convert data and market insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Confidence to influence stakeholders across different functions and organizational levels.
• A proactive mindset focused on ownership, continuous improvement, and delivering business value.
• Fluency in Polish & English.

YOUR TASKS:

• Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives across diverse categories and spend areas.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategies & priorities, identify opportunities, and deliver sustainable value.
• Drive complex supplier negotiations and commercial discussions
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and governance frameworks to improve performance, innovation, and service delivery.
• Provide market intelligence including external, local price trends, new product & service offerings, and innovative solutions to identify opportunities of optimizing spend / budget or increasing business revenue
• Ensure procurement compliance and adherence to sourcing policies, processes, and governance standards.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency gains, and value creation.
• Contribute to the deployment of procurement transformation initiatives and best practices.
• Support capability development and knowledge sharing within the procurement community.
