REQUIREMENTS:

· Excellent numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex business scenarios. 

· Ability to build and manage relations with internal stakeholders to drive collaborative success. 

· Ability to work independently, prepare insightful business recommendations, and express own opinions with confidence and clarity in stakeholder discussions.

· Learning agility, collaborative spirit and result orientation. Adapt quickly to new challenges and continuously seek opportunities for growth. 

· Strong and practical Excel & Power Point skills to analyze data effectively and to communicate findings / recommendations to management

· Good communication, presentation and time management skills

· Strong business acumen - applying financial savvy to analytics and scenario modeling.

· Fluent in English.

YOUR TASKS:

· Analyze, consolidate, and interpret business performance / developments and provide periodic updates to finance / country management

· Prepare business scenarios / models and conduct ad-hoc analyses to support decision making

· Prepare and present business budgets in line with business requirements. 

· Support in assessing business performance and identifying growth opportunities. 

· Navigate key stakeholder groups: Poland Commercial and Management Teams, Poland and Baltics Finance Team, Regional Finance. 

· Participate in cross-functional projects
