REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience in CRM, CRM analytics, digital marketing, CX or a related area
- Strong understanding of CRM strategy and campaign development, including audience definition, segmentation, targeting, contact frequency and content approach
- Solid experience in campaign performance analysis, with the ability to define, interpret, and challenge CRM KPIs and translate results into business recommendations
- Strong knowledge of CRM data, analytics, and reporting, including experience in building or shaping dashboards and reporting frameworks that answer real business questions
- Hands-on experience in email marketing and CRM campaign delivery, including campaign planning, testing, journey logic, content setup, and execution quality control
- Good understanding of test design and performance optimization, including A/B testing and broader test-and-learn approaches
- Strong analytical thinking combined with commercial acumen and the confidence to make clear recommendations
- Confidence in working cross-functionally with BI, Analytics, CX, Digital, Legal, and external partners
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms is a strong advantage
- Working knowledge of marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Hotjar is a plus
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and deliver with minimal guidance
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in Polish and English (minimum B2)
- A degree in Marketing, Management or broader experience in Digital Marketing, Integrated Marketing Communications is a strong plus
- Good working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

YOUR TASKS:
- Own CRM campaign effectiveness across Philip Morris brands, ensuring campaigns are planned, measured, and improved in a consistent and effective way
- Establish and raise CRM campaign performance standards across brands, defining best practices for planning, execution, measurement, and optimization
- Lead CRM campaign performance reviews and translate findings into clear business conclusions, decisions, and actionable recommendations
- Build a continuous improvement loop across CRM campaigns, identifying what works, what should change, and where we should test, refine, or scale
- Define campaign logic and planning principles, including audience selection, segmentation, exclusions, personalization, contact frequency, and performance objectives
- Define CRM reporting requirements and work closely with BI and analytics teams to ensure dashboards, reports, and measurement frameworks answer business questions and support decision-making
- Monitor and interpret campaign performance using the right set of metrics and indicators, identifying opportunities, risks, and improvement levers
- Recommend and shape optimization actions based on data, including audience strategy, message sequencing, testing opportunities and campaign design improvements
- Design and promote a test-and-learn approach, including structured experimentation to improve campaign outcomes over time
- Work closely with BI, CX, Digital and other stakeholders to ensure CRM activities are effective, well-measured, and aligned with broader business objectives
- Partner with external agencies and vendors, providing clear briefs, setting expectations, and ensuring high-quality delivery
- Manage CRM budgets (local & global) ensuring accountability and efficient allocation of resources
