REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Min 5-8 years of experience in the market research department of a well-known brand, or consulting/research in an agency
  • Degree in market/consumer research, sociology, statistics, marketing, or business-related fields.
  • Experience in data analytics (statistical methods, data analytic) and visualization tools, such as Power BI.
  • Fluency in English and Polish in writing & speaking 
  • Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams, EU DI&A team, OC Insights team
  • Understand and anticipate Customer’s needs and expectations 
  • Demonstrate curiosity and diverse ways of thinking to create new ideas to benefit our consumers/customers
  • Exceptional storytelling abilities and strong presentation skills

YOUR TASKS:

 

  • Lead local consumer insights strategy, combining traditional market research with data analytics. Connect all consumer insights (new and existing), providing analysis in a holistic 360º consumer view, connecting different available data sources (ad-hoc research, regular trackers, NPS, digital sources, etc.),
  • Manage local research projects (both ad-hoc and ongoing trackers) depending on business objectives to support strategic decision making. In this process apply and respect PMI research protocols and policies, as well as manage local research agencies.  Brief, supervise and attend research fieldwork to ensure the highest standards of quality and insights. Analyze and interpret results, summarize business implications, present recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  • Lead the set-up, analysis and tracking of the local PMI needs based on market and consumer data and consequently generate, consolidate, and contextualize local consumer insights.
  • Conduct in-depth diagnostic research in the market to learn what adult smokers/ users are thinking, feeling, and doing along their journey to Smoke-Free Products. Translate them into actionable insights and draw conclusions.
