REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) field and regulations, including knowledge of legislative and regulatory processes in Poland
  • Experience in data analysis, report creation, and preparing summaries related to legislative and regulatory initiatives
  • Ability to draft government letters and collaborate with representatives of governmental and non-governmental organizations
  • Familiarity with the activities of international organizations (e.g., EU, WHO) in the field of health regulations
  • English at the level of min. C1 & Fluent Polish
  • University Degree, preferably: Law, Public Relations
  • Team orientation and very good communication skills

YOUR TASKS:

 

  • Creating analyses, reports, and summaries for the Public Affairs Department regarding ongoing and planned legislative initiatives
  • Drafting letters to representatives of governmental and non-governmental organizations, presenting the company's position on given topics
  • Monitoring and analyzing social media content related to the tobacco industry and the Heat not Burn category
  • Monitoring the activities of international organizations (e.g., EU, WHO) in the field of health regulations, analyzing them, and using them in local narratives
  • Reporting the company's ESG activities to the appropriate governmental and non-governmental organizations and monitoring them.
