THE ROLE

 

  • Responsible for developing and executing the capability building strategy and plan that supports individual professional and collective market development and improved performance across key commercial channels
  • Prioritizes needs, defines desired learning outcomes and develops learning offers for the commercial organization in these channels
  • Manages and refreshes capability building solutions in line with updated business priorities
  • Lead and manage a team of Deployment Executives / Trainers in the field, ensuring effective delivery and embedding of key development programs and initiatives

 

REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial management (Commercial Operations or Smoke-Free Products)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in team management and leadership experience, ideally in a commercial sales environment
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering capability development initiatives (training, learning, strategic capability building and development)
  • Knowledge of digital learning design and tools (e.g. digital learning platforms, and content creation tools such as Articulate)
  • Strong data analytics skills and ability to derive strategic insights
  • Excellent project management skills – ability to lead complex projects from start to finish
  • Fluent in English (very good Polish is a plus)
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree.

YOUR TASKS: 

 

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive capability-building strategy and plan to support individual and organizational performance growth across our B2C and B2B Commercial Operations channels
  • Run process defining Channel learning needs vs skill/perf gaps with key audiences using competency and skills frameworks / tools, to analyze capability demand data to identify and prioritize skill gaps and development needs
  • Define learning objectives aligned with business goals and channel KPIs, and design targeted capability development programs and offers
  • Lead the development and execution of capability development strategies for these key trade channels, ensuring alignment with channel strategies and performance targets
  • Collaborate closely with Commercial Operations Leadership Team, SFP Category and Channel Leadership Teams, and the sales organization to ensure effective delivery and impact
  • Partner with the global CCD team to adapt (transcreate) and implement relevant global programs for local channel needs
  • Manage, evaluate, and continuously improve capability-building solutions in line with evolving business priorities
  • Lead and manage a team of Deployment Executives / Trainers in the field, ensuring effective delivery and embedding of key development programs and initiatives
  • Lead data analysis of impact of programs vs KPIs (deployment, engagement and effectiveness), with setting and managing relevant Capability development budgets.
