REQUIREMENTS:
- You are an undergraduate (3rd, 4th, 5th year) or up to 12 months after your graduation (Business, Management, Marketing related majors)
- Very good command of English (minimum B2) and native Polish – both written and spoken
- Very good knowledge of Excel and Power Point
- You are open-minded, communicative, fast learner and you have analytical thinking skills
- You are eager to learn new skills and open to work in a dynamic environment
- You like drawing conclusions and eager to take on new challenges
- Availability per week min. 32h (4 days)

YOUR TASKS:
- Oversight of Call Center Operations – managing external vendors, ensuring operational stability, and maintaining high service quality
- Support for Sales and B2C Campaigns – creating and updating sales materials (scripts, emails, presentations) and monitoring timely execution of order‑related processes
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration – working closely with Legal, CX, Quality, Retention, Acquisition, and Onboarding teams to ensure smooth operations
- Driving Continuous Improvement – designing and implementing initiatives to enhance customer experience and efficiency, based on data analysis and performance insights
- Systems and Tools Administration – managing user accounts, roles, and access rights, and resolving system issues together with technical teams
