About the Future in Progress: Graduates program
Our 24-month cross-functional program is structured around three 8-month rotations. From day one, you’ll work on real projects, gain hands-on experience, and build skills across a variety of teams. You’ll also join a supportive graduate community, benefit from a premium learning curriculum—including workshops, training sessions, digital tools, and hackathons— high challenge, high support from mentors and senior leaders.
During your rotations, you could work in areas such as:
- Demand Planning: Take an active role in shaping forecasts, challenging assumptions, and driving business performance through data-driven insights and close cross-functional collaboration. Step beyond traditional reporting into true business partnering, making a tangible impact on planning quality, product availability, and overall financial results.
- Commercial: Build practical experience bringing our products to market. Work in sales and marketing, grow relationships with retailers, and see how your work directly impacts our business results in the field.
- Service Delivery & Customer Collaboration: Design and continuously improve standards, working procedures, and operational guidelines, ensuring efficiency and consistency across processes. Contribute to forward-looking projects focused on AI and the application of modern technologies within Operations Customer Service, helping drive innovation and shape the future of how we operate.

Who can apply:
We are looking for candidates who are eager to work with AI or already have experience in AI, digitalization, and gamification. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to truly creative initiatives and innovative projects that shape the future of our operations.
To be eligible for the Future in Progress Graduate program, you should have:
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in fields such as logistic, management, industrial engineering, economics, or equivalent experience or qualification.
- A maximum of 3-years of post-graduation work experience.
- Proficiency in English and Polish.
- Legal right to work in the country where your chosen program is located.
- Mobility for relocation (with Employer’s support)
- Valid driver’s license (min. 12 months).
- Strong analytical skills & advanced MS Excel skills
- Agility and adaptability in a dynamic market.
- Initiative and courage to experiment.
- The ability to understand and apply commercial insights.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
