A leadership development program for experienced professionals preparing for senior roles in Commercial.

The Future Leaders Program is a 36‑month advanced development track for accomplished professionals with at least 6 years of experience who are ready to lead strategic initiatives, influence decision‑making, and play a significant role in PMI’s commercial transformation.

This program is designed to prepare you for senior managerial positions within our Commercial function, giving you both local and cross‑market experience and high exposure to senior leadership.

 

WHY THIS PROGRAM:

The program is designed to equip you with the capabilities needed to step into managerial or strategic expert roles within PMI’s Commercial organization.

You regularly interact with market and regional leaders, presenting insights, recommendations, and results.

4. International assignment & cross‑market collaboration

You learn to navigate business realities across different countries, building your global leadership perspective.

 

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

 

  • Leading strategic commercial projects end‑to‑end (e.g., sales initiatives, digital commercialization, trade strategy, channel development).
  • Translating market and competitive data into actionable recommendations.
  • Supporting or co‑shaping commercial strategy for both local and regional markets.
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to design and implement initiatives at scale.
  • Preparing executive‑level insights, analyses, and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Driving improvements, proposing new approaches, and shaping business outcomes.

 

PROGRAM STRUCTURE (36 months)

 

Rotation 1 — Poland (18 months)

 

  • Sample role: Manager Commercial Projects (final title depends on the assigned project).
  • Focus areas: strategic project ownership, business analysis, commercial initiatives, collaboration with local leadership teams.

 

Rotation 2 — International market (18 months)

 

  • Possible locations: European markets, depending on business needs and your profile.
  • Focus areas: leading large‑scale projects, navigating diverse commercial environments, driving regional initiatives, building global leadership capabilities.

 

PROGRAM END — WHAT COMES NEXT?

 

Successful graduates of this program typically move into senior commercial strategic roles.

 

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

 

You should have:

 

  • At least 6 years of post‑graduation experience in a multinational or complex organization.
  • A Master’s degree in business, economics, management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to translate insights into decisions.
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and navigating complex environments.
  • Strategic thinking combined with operational execution skills.
  • Fluency in Polish and English.
  • Legal right to work in the EU without sponsorship.
  • Willingness to relocate internationally during the program.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and the drive to propose bold ideas.
