About the Future in Progress: Future Leaders program
Our 36-month program is designed for bold thinkers and ambitious professionals ready to experiment, introduce new ideas, and lead change that spans borders. Through two high-impact rotations – local and international - you’ll create transformative solutions while learning from some of the brightest minds in the industry. As you progress, you’ll build strong connections with senior leadership and a vibrant alumni community, all committed to accelerating your development and amplifying your influence.

Who Can Apply?

To be eligible for the Future in Progress: Future Leaders Program, you should have:
- At least 6 years of post‑graduation experience in a multinational or complex organization, with exposure to diverse markets and stakeholders.
- A master’s degree in business, business administration, economics, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proficiency in English and Polish Legal right to work in Europe and in the country of application (without sponsorship).
- Willingness to relocate internationally during the program (with Employer support).
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to apply business insights in decision-making.
- Proven ability to think strategically and solve complex challenges.
- Agility and resilience in fast-changing environments.
- Initiative to drive progress and propose bold ideas.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across functions.
