We are hiring a Business Partner - Business Performance & Strategic Insights in Poland.

You will partner with market leaders to turn complex business questions into strategic, data‑driven answers. You will lead high‑impact analytics initiatives across Brand, Commercial, Consumer and Programs, and ensure the work lands in decisions, plans and outcomes. You will connect the dots across multiple data sources, tell clear stories, and influence executives to act. You will also collaborate closely with market research and consumer behavior specialists to keep insights consumer‑centric and actionable.

 


What you will lead

  • Advanced analytics and consumer understanding for business decision making across multiple functional domains, from scoping to delivery, with a clear link to commercial and marketing outcomes.
  • Large, data‑related projects and roadmaps, with ownership of timelines, alignment to priorities, and measurable value creation.
  • Partnerships with senior stakeholders, including heads of Marketing, Commercial and Programs, building trust through clear narratives and actionable recommendations.
  • Opportunity sizing and strategic consulting for market leaders, framing options, sizing impact, and recommending where to invest, scale or stop.
  • Cross‑functional collaboration with Data Analysts, Data Scientists, market research and consumer behavior specialists to ensure recommendations are robust, comprehensive, and consumer‑centric.
  • Translation of complex questions into sophisticated analytics solutions, and influencing executive decisions with data‑backed insights.
  • Problem solving at concept and delivery, removing blockers and keeping teams focused on the outcome.
  • Adoption and value realization, proactively driving usage of analytics products, and demonstrating impact in market.

 

 

 


What you bring

  • Strategic mindset, with a proven record of shaping business, marketing and commercial strategies using data‑driven insight.
  • Storytelling and data visualization, the ability to connect multiple sources into one compelling narrative that drives action.
  • Influencing and senior stakeholder management, comfortable engaging executives and challenging constructively.
  • Leadership and proactiveness, able to lead cross‑functional efforts without formal authority and to move fast on priorities.
  • Commercial and financial acumen, understands how choices affect growth, profit and investment returns.
  • Consumer‑centric mindset, ensuring recommendations reflect real consumer needs and behaviors.
  • Ways of working with analytics teams and research specialists, familiarity with agile delivery and iterative value release.

Your experience

  • 5+ years in Strategy, Insights, Analytics or Commercial roles, ideally within FMCG, CPG, Marketing or Commercial Operations, or in consulting for those industries.
  • Track record of leading analytics initiatives that changed decisions in portfolio, pricing, media, channel or consumer programs
