The Area Development Manager position is intended to enable gaining a thorough understanding of the organization, business model, and to prepare for managing a two-level structure. The role is developmental and succession-oriented, preparing the incumbent to take on a Regional Sales Manager position within approximately 12 months (+/−).

REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3 years’ experience in sales B2B as a Supervisor and providing solutions based on customer needs
- Professional experience as a Leader preferred (e.g. project, customer)
- Comprehensive knowledge in managing and optimizing commercial deployment strategies and tactics within the job area.
- Ability to measure and forecast channel demand and capacity to support business objectives by aligning with Regional teams and field.
- Headquarter experience (e.g. project or B2B area, KA, Trade)
- Deep knowledge of the Polish retail universe
- Ability to build and manage relations with internal and external stakeholders & excellent communication skills
- Analytical skills & out of the box thinking
- Practical & proficiency knowledge of MS Office
- Fluency in English & Polish- very good written and verbal communications skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, sales or relevant field
- Mobility across Poland

TASKS:
- Responsible for designing and creating sustainable go-to-market commercial deployment plans that align with the business priorities and support the achievement of the categories’ objectives.
- Evaluate and use different commercial operational resourcing models to maximize product availability and optimize consumer engagement, conversion and customer support.
- Develops marketing plans and sales forecasts translating them into operational and profit plans to achieve growth and sales objectives.
- Representing Field Sales Force on meeting with Commercial Deployment. Create standards of Staff meeting by preparing materials and supplementary briefs for RSMs in line with OGSMs and Cycle Priorities.
- Measure and forecast channel’s demand and capacity. Pivoting data to track FSF business performance and FSF population progress in tasks, pointing areas for development.
- Analyzing FSF effectiveness (Frequency, Panel, Visit outcomes) & recommend action plan.
- Enhance clarity and consistency of communication to FSF by understanding their needs through constant touch with every FSF structure level.
- Taking part in project involving FSF (e.g. IQOS Partner, Biedronka). Tracking Project performance, pointing areas for development & close cooperation to Project Manager. Taking part in status meetings as FSF representative.
- Enhancing cooperation between Region towards best practices and addressing OGSM.
