As an Area Field Manager for the Region of Córdoba & Cuyo, you will be responsible for leading and developing a field team to achieve the company’s commercial objectives in the indirect retail channel. Your mission will be to secure a competitive advantage for our brands through flawless field execution, building strong relationships with key customers and partners, and implementing commercial initiatives that drive sustainable business growth.

 

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

Define and propose an investment strategy for Indirect Retail, ensuring optimal resource allocation based on customer/channel segmentation priorities.

Ensure achievement of business objectives regarding reach, distribution, product availability, and brand visibility, in line with portfolio strategy and plans.

Responsible for maintaining a distribution network aligned with current and future business needs, by defining and executing initiatives in collaboration with Route to Market

Ensure implementation of quarterly commercial plans across channels, based on deep context analysis, strategic portfolio/commercial development plans, and channel/territory performance, aiming to meet agreed sales targets (volume, mix, assortment, physical distribution, etc.).

Responsible for channel development in the region and for ensuring execution of commercial actions defined by the Key Accounts team.

Lead, motivate, train, and develop the field team to achieve established objectives.

 

 

Position Requirements:

 

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economy or related fields.

At least 8 years of experience in commercial functions within FMCG companies, including a minimum of 2 years managing field teams in indirect retail.

Advanced level of English

Strong leadership skills, effective communication, and ability to motivate teams towards common goals.

Results-oriented, strategic thinking, and customer-focused mindset.

 

The position is based in Córdoba or Mendoza, but relocation support could be included for candidates residing in other cities willing to relocate.
