YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead LSP projects and process improvements. Drive the review, ideation, and implementation of new process initiatives to enhance efficiency in LSP operations. Ensure effective communication and progress tracking of ongoing projects, enabling the commissioning function to meet operational demands.
  • Oversee end-to-end marketing material operations. Manage logistics and digital service providers responsible for central warehousing of promotional and hazardous materials. Supervise webshop operations, nationwide distribution, and provide continuous support for field teams and retail partners.
  • Facilitate execution of extraordinary tasks with LSP. Serve as the internal stakeholder for the alignment and execution of special campaigns, supporting the Process Management Coordinator with LSP-related input.
  • Act as internal consultant on LSP capabilities. Provide expert knowledge on B2C LSP processes and capabilities, acting as a single point of contact for operational matters and new initiatives impacting commissioning or distribution.
  • Deliver operational day-to-day support. Take ownership of all operational matters, including order management, customer complaints, recalls, distribution disruptions, peak planning, and business continuity testing.
  • Administer order management system and stock checks. Ensure daily system checks for optimal stakeholder experience, maintain accurate stock overviews, validate open order backlogs, and coordinate internally.

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Degree in business with relevant specializations and practical experience in supply chain, logistics, process management, business administration/development, or related fields.
  • Experience in logistics and/or supply chain.
  • Working cross-functionally.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, hands-on approach, and independent, structured work style.
  • Solid communication, interpersonal skills, and structured mindset.
  • Team player with initiative and a willingness to experiment.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
  • Familiar with SAP, interface management, and tools like Power BI.
  • Fluent in German and English.
