YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You review and develop new process ideas to improve efficiency and are responsible for communicating progress in current projects.
  • You support the Process Management Coordinator with input for the direction of the implementation of campaigns, such as TPOSM campaigns.
  • Assist in cross-functional planning and coordination of multi-category activities.
  • Internal and external stakeholder management national and international (logistics, financial and customer support).
  • Ownership for all operational matters, including order management, customer complaints, recall/product withdraw, distribution disruption handlings, peaks, among others daily operational task.
  • Administrate SAP system-supported inventory control and actively contribute to ensure product availability.

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • A degree in economics with a relevant focus and practical experience in the field of supply chain, process management, business administration/controlling, project management or similar
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams and in the supplier management of external service partners
  • Strategic vision, process thinking, out-of-the-box thinking and a customer-oriented approach characterize you
  • Strong organizational skills and hands-on mentality, paired with a structured, independent way of working and analytical skills
  • You have good IT skills (MS Office) and first experience with analysis tools (e.g. Power BI), SAP, Salesforce experience is an advantage.
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and verbal.
