YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee all financial aspects related to Supply Chain activities within the market, including operating budgets (OB), rolling forecasts (RFs), invoice control, and general cost management. You will work closely with the internal financial teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Assume ownership of cost controlling reports—both new and existing—to enhance transparency around annual budget expenditures and to facilitate precise planning for the resources needed to meet commercial demand for LSPs and other service providers.
- Support the Supply Chain team with overall reporting, including non-financial topics, ensuring comprehensive and reliable information flow.
- Single point of contact (SPOC) for all regional and global reporting inputs from the Supply Chain team regarding the Austrian market, collaborating closely with regional and global teams.
- Responsible for external reporting and maintaining key master data to support effective decision-making and process optimization.
- Material pricing maintenance on price lists and material master data for internal and external usage.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Degree in economics with relevant specializations and practical experience in supply chain, logistics, process management, business administration/development, or related fields.
- Experience in finance, accounting, controlling and/or supply chain.
- Working cross-functionally.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, hands-on approach, and independent, structured work style.
- Solid communication, interpersonal skills, and structured mindset.
- Team player with initiative and a willingness to experiment.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
- Familiar with SAP, interface management, and tools like Power BI.
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
