The Data Intelligence Team
Join our innovative Data Intelligence team, a consumer-centric and highly collaborative group at the forefront of our business transformation. We work hand in hand with business, including commercial and consumer, to understand their needs and enhance their data-driven decision-making processes, making them more robust and confident. Leveraging cutting-edge technologies like Matillion for ELT, Snowflake for advanced SQL scripting and Power BI for data storytelling, we significantly enhance our data quality and analytics capabilities, delivering powerful insights and solutions. The Data Analyst Role
As a Data Analyst, you will join a growing team where you will maintain and further enhance our data analytics capabilities using tools like Snowflake SQL, Matillion and Power BI. You will also need good business understanding and communication skills for the day-to-day work with internal business stakeholders, central expert teams, and vendors.
One of the key focus areas will be to support commercial/consumer analytics. You will analyze and create insightful reports through various channels, hidden patterns and much more, helping to drive strategic decisions.
Your Responsibilities
- Prepare Data in Snowflake and Conduct Deep Data Analysis: Lead End-to-End Master Data Lifecycle from diverse business and operational processes. Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders, supporting data-driven decision-making processes.
- Design, Develop, Deploy, and Maintain BI Reporting Suites: Including dataflows, semantic models, front-end reports, dashboards, and BI solutions.
- Develop and Deliver Management Information: Produce one-off reports to provide insights and aid decision-making.
- Ensure Data Quality & Governance: Implement mechanisms to ensure data completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
- Engage with Stakeholders: Collaborate with various teams, including commercial and consumer streams, to understand business requirements and deliver actionable insights. Prototype and refine visualizations and reports, recommending and suggesting better ways of visualizing data.
Your Profile
- You have a strong technical foundation, with a degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems, or another quantitative field.
- You have 5+ years of hands‑on experience as a Data Analyst, working extensively with SQL (Snowflake preferred) and the Microsoft Power Platform, including deep expertise in Power BI (DAX, Dataflows, Deployment Pipelines) and Power Automate for workflow automation and process optimization.
- You possess solid knowledge of data‑warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and end‑to‑end data integration (ETL/ELT), contributing to scalable, reliable, and well‑architected data products.
- You are highly proficient in data analysis, preparation, cleansing, interpretation, and statistical analysis, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and trust in the insights you deliver.
- You are comfortable with data engineering and automation, supported by hands‑on experience with Python for data manipulation, orchestration, and analytical tasks.
- You apply a strong data‑driven mindset, using critical reasoning, analytical depth, and evidence‑based decision‑making to guide stakeholders toward clear, actionable outcomes.
- You craft impactful data visualizations and data‑driven narratives, translating complex datasets into insights that enable informed and strategic decision‑making across diverse stakeholder groups.
- You operate effectively in fast‑paced environments, managing multiple priorities with discipline, adaptability, and a strong sense of ownership.
- You consistently demonstrate professionalism, integrity, accountability, and respectful communication, showing resilience and a positive mindset when navigating challenges or setbacks.
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken – German is a plus.
