Your Responsibilities

  • Translate internal and external stakeholder requirements into clear, structured, and actionable visibility concepts and visualizations for Brand Retail and Indirect Retail environments
  • Prepare accurate and highquality visualization inputs for renderings by consolidating business inputs, brand guidelines, infrastructure standards, and customer engagement principles
  • Develop final renderings that align with brand standards, customer expectations, and global visibility guidelines
  • Ensure consistent execution of visibility and infrastructure solutions across the retail network, fully aligned with Look of the Leader principles
  • Act as a key coordination point between category teams, frontline teams, retailers, and thirdparty suppliers to ensure shared understanding, feasibility, and accurate implementation
  • Support the successful rollout of visibility and infrastructure concepts that enhance customer engagement and retail excellence

 

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree (College/University), preferably in Graphic Design or a related field
  • 1–3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer; infrastructure experience is an advantage
  • Strong skills in visualization and concept development as well as high attention to detail with a strong quality focus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience with SketchUp and VRay (rendering) and knowledge of AutoCAD LT
  • You are fluent in English, both written and spoken – German is a plus.
