YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Development of a long-term strategy for the product portfolio, based on consumer and market data
- Development of product and marketing strategies using global guidelines, adapting in accordance with the local market conditions
- Analysis of market trends, consumer journey data insights, competition activity to build strong development activities and conduct post launch product and campaign analysis to ensure constant flow of learning and improvement
- Local planning and implementation of product initiatives including 360° deployment, rolled out in offline and online channels and contributes to the overall strategy
- Responsibility of product lifecycle management from initiation to timely implementation as the first point of contact and gatekeeper to internal stakeholders (including operations, demand planning, etc.)
- Management of external agencies and partners, and work closely with different functions within the organization, as well as Regional and Global counterparts
- Excellent budget planning and organization, negotiating with external parties to find the most optimal opportunities
YOUR PROFILE:
- You have a Bachelor/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or similar
- You have at least six years of experience in a similar position, especially in marketing/product
- You have experience in project management and managing cross-functional teams
- You have a strong learning mindset and capability, analytical thinking skills
- You are flexible and able to work in a complex and challenging changing environment and manage long-term developments
- You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SAP
