YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support Multi-Category consumer experience programs for acquisition, conversion and retention, from market/consumer insight and ideation, FFWD to execution and optimization across omnichannel environments
  • Support to the Consumer Experience Programs initiatives 
  • Support the development and implementation of strategies to improve consumer experience Programs across all our brands and channels
  • Support Multi-Category consumer programs and BAU activities, ensuring compliance with global guidelines and governance frameworks
  • Track and analyze datadriven insights to improve acquisition, retention, loyalty, consumer value, and experience

YOUR PROFILE:

  • You preferably are doing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Product Development, UX or similar 
  • You are analytical and able to connect the dots between multiple sources of information 
  • You are collaborative, communicative and able to engage people using inclusive and effective communication to invest a team in the objective 
  • You have a pronounced interest in consumer-centricity and put great value on data-driven insights  
  • You are a curious person with a gift for critical, out of the box and big-picture thinking 
  • You are driven and problem-solving oriented 
  • You have excellent English language skills, German is a big plus
