About the Future in Progress: Future Leaders program

Our 36-month program is designed for bold thinkers and ambitious professionals ready to experiment, introduce new ideas, and lead change that spans borders. Through two high-impact rotations, you’ll create transformative solutions while learning from some of the brightest minds in the industry. As you progress, you’ll build strong connections with senior leadership and a vibrant alumni community, all committed to accelerating your development and amplifying your influence.

Your experience is designed as a progression—starting with mastering your home market and culminating in a truly international assignment.

1. Home market immersion

1. • Gain business fluency: Dive into PMI’s home market operations for a comprehensive understanding of our commercial landscape, ongoing transformation efforts, and key priorities.
   • Shape outcomes across functions: Work in partnership with diverse teams to address regional opportunities, developing approaches that drive progress.
   • Establish your leadership foundation: Own significant projects, sharpening your decision-making and stakeholder engagement skills.

2. International Assignment

1. • Develop cultural agility & a global mindset: Lead in a new market as you navigate local practices and regulatory environments—expanding your view as a leader across markets.

Who Can Apply?

We’re searching for accomplished, forward-thinking professionals who thrive in complexity, take ownership, and are eager to shape the future. To be eligible for the Future in Progress: Future Leaders Program, you should have: thinking professionals who thrive in complexity

• A master’s degree in business, business administration, economics, or a related field (MBA preferable).
• No less than 6 years of post-graduation professional experience in a global organization, with exposure to diverse markets and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and the local language of the country where you’re applying.
• Legal right to work in Europe and in the country of application (without sponsorship).
• Willingness and ability to relocate internationally during the program.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to apply business insights in decision-making.
• Proven ability to think strategically and solve complex challenges.
• Agility and resilience in fast-changing environments.
• Initiative to drive progress and propose bold ideas.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across functions.

• We offer you an attractive basic salary of at least € 84,000/year gross, with the willingness to overpay in line with the market depending on experience and qualifications - regardless of gender. We are the first international enterprise to be Equal Salary certified.
