WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As a Digital Capabilities Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the business in running daily operations and translating commercial and operational needs into actionable digital solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and ensure that deployed capabilities are aligned with business goals and deliver measurable impact.
YOUR DAY TO DAY:
- Support the business in daily operations, ensuring that digital tools and processes function smoothly and efficiently across all touchpoints.
- Act as a subject matter expert in deploying local digital capabilities that enable business growth and process optimization. You’ll be involved throughout the entire lifecycle—from idea generation and requirement gathering to testing, go-live, and post-deployment support—ensuring solutions are scalable, impactful, and aligned with strategic goals.
- Lead the deployment of new features to ensure smooth rollouts
- Manage and maintain a backlog of solution enhancements together with business stakeholders, prioritizing improvements that deliver the greatest value.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for all supported solutions, providing clear and accessible resources for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Data Analysts and Data Scientists to ensure that insights and decisions are grounded in accurate, comprehensive, and actionable data
TOOLS YOU’LL WORK WITH:
In your daily work, you’ll encounter a diverse set of digital platforms and tools, including: Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Customer Data Platform (CDP), GIGYA, Adobe Experience Manager, Hybris, CeApp, Retail as a Service (RaaS); Salesforce Service Cloud as well as project & collaboration Tools: Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence), SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Workfront

YOU ALSO BRING:
- A degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Experience in digital project management and agile methodologies (e.g. Waterfall, SCRUM, Jira & Confluence).
- Fluency in English; German is a plus.
