As our B2B Event & Advocacy Specialist (M/F/D), you will deliver impactful retailer events and advocacy initiatives that strengthen engagement and position PMI as the preferred business partner.
Impact You'll Own
•    Strengthen retailer engagement and advocacy
•    Build long-term retailer partnerships
•    Enhance the quality of B2B experiences
•    Increase transparency across event activities
•    Drive continuous improvement and innovation

 

What You'll Do
•    Plan and execute B2B events across Austria
•    Manage agencies, vendors, and event partners
•    Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
•    Support retailer advocacy programs
•    Prepare project updates and communications
•    Maintain the B2B Events SharePoint
•    Coordinate on-site event delivery

 

Skills & Capabilities
•    1-3 years of experience in Event Management, Trade Marketing, Sales Support or a related field
•    Degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business, Sales or a similar discipline
•    Event and stakeholder management experience as well as strong project management skills
•    Excellent communication and collaboration skills, Hands-on, proactive mindset
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities
•    Advanced MS Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
•    Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
