About the Internship Program

Our internship is designed to help you start your career journey. Over your time with us, you’ll work within a supportive team, contribute to meaningful projects, and develop practical skills through learning sessions, coaching, and access to digital tools. You will also transform global campaigns into localized communication assets, deploy and analyze local campaigns as well as analyze the results of campaigns.

Who We’re Looking For
We welcome students or recent graduates who are curious, eager to learn, and ready to take initiative. To join the internship program, you should have:
• Studies in areas like Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field
• A willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Experience in international organizations, media campaign planning and execution (would be an advantage)
• A collaborative mindset and the confidence to share ideas
• Strong communication skills in English and Lithuanian
• Experience with MS Office
• Interest in innovation, problem solving, and learning new skills

Program Details
• Start date: May 1st
• Duration: 3 months (with the possibility to prolong the internship for 3 months)
• Location: Vilnius, Lithuania
• Salary: 1500 EUR gross
