Be a part of a revolutionary change

At PMI, we’ve chosen to do something incredible. We’re totally transforming our business and building our future on smoke-free products with the power to improve the lives of a billion smokers worldwide.

With huge change, comes huge opportunity. So, wherever you join us, you’ll enjoy the freedom to dream up and deliver better, brighter solutions and the space to move your career forward in endlessly different directions.

Your “day to day”

In S&PD (Strategy and Program Delivery), no two days are alike. One day you will help shape our market strategy by identifying the key questions to address. The next day, you will turn changes in consumer behaviour and competition into scenario planning and business case preparation to support decisions. You will collaborate closely with our management team, orchestrate stakeholders, and guide the Baltics organization in its strategic path. And if you enjoy turning complexity into clarity, and clarity into progress – you’ll make this role your own.

You will:

•    Own the governance and execution of the strategy cycle. Support the multi-category strategy by defining key strategic questions and priorities. Manage the strategy and budget preparation cycles and develop necessary strategy materials.
•    Drive OGSM preparation, cascade, tracking and performance management. Facilitate alignment and cascading of market OGSM (Objectives, Goals, Strategies, and Measures) across the organization, and regularly supervise performance communicating progress, implications, and required actions to the management team.
•    Develop industry and competitive intelligence. Monitor market, consumer, competitive, and regulatory developments, and convert them into scenarios, impact assessments, and arguments that guide decision-making.
•    Challenge and define investments and resources prioritization based on key strategic priorities. Guide investment choices focusing on strategic relevance and profitability. Conduct regular reviews of resources prioritization across market’s project portfolio. Challenge existing prioritization and enable reallocation when needed, based on evolving market conditions.
•    Coordinate stakeholders alignment and delivery. Work with teams across markets and functions to get partners on board. Ensure strategic priorities are supported and turned into coordinated action quickly. Influence through trust, cooperation, and clear strategy instead of direct authority.

Requirements:

•    A higher education in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering or similar.
•    Proven successful experience in strategy and analytical roles, ideally in FMCG/Consumer goods, Consumer Electronics, or Strategy consulting.
•    Strong grasp of strategy development toolkits, including industry and competitive analysis, consumer insights, and frameworks for long-term planning.
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence senior leaders and deliver compelling storytelling and presentations.
•    Strong analytical and financial competence, skilled at making numbers speak, framing commercial impact, and supporting decisions with evidence.
•    A bias for turning strategy into action – focusing on what can be delivered with real impact over defined time horizons.
•    Experience in project planning and execution, ensuring strategic priorities translate into tangible outcomes.
•    Strong internal drive to excel as a team, pushing through ambiguity and challenging the status quo.
•    Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
