You will:

 

  • Build consumer intelligence based on multiple data sources (Market research, Net Promoter System, front-liners, Customer Servise Center), help to uncover consumer pain points, unmet needs, and opportunities, to identify consumer experience gaps and deliver regular insights to close the gaps and guide strategic decisions.
  • Own and govern the end-to-end consumer journey across Baltic markets, ensuring a holistic understanding of consumer experience and driving continuous improvement through actionable insights.
  • Oversee the Net Promoter System (NPS) process and architecture, ensuring data accuracy, stakeholder engagement, and alignment with global standards. Foster organizational motivation to leverage NPS for business growth.
  • Work hand-in-hand with Market Research function to deploy global Market Research tools locally and close local consumer insight gaps leveraging on Consumer Intelligence from other markets.
  • Shape local decisions integrating regional/global PMI knowledge or guidelines.
  • Initiate and lead targeted research projects based on identified gaps or business needs, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to generate actionable intelligence.
  • Act as the internal advocate for the voice of the consumer, promoting consumer-centric thinking across the organization and making sure that consumer preferencies land in consumer experience design.
  • Provide consumer-driven insights to inform commercial strategies, resource allocation, and project prioritization.
  • Oversee allocated budget, ensuring efficient use of resources. Participate in budget planning and review cycles, and negotiate with third-party vendors when necessary.

 

 

We expect that you:

 

  • Have a higher education degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar.
  • Have proven experience in market research.
  • Worked in a Baltic business environment with high level of complexity and diversity (different law and requirements/country).
  • Demonstrate conceptual and analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Have proven leadership skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams or projects.
  • Have excellent project management capabilities, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.
  • Are fluent in English.

Salary range for this role is 5700 EUR gross to 6800 EUR gross. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
