Role summary:
As a Consumer Experience Programs Lead you will play a key role in shaping and delivering impactful, multi-category, omni-channel programs that drive business success.
You will:
- Lead the deployment of consumer experience programs across markets, ensuring strategic alignment and high-quality execution.
- Provide daily support for ongoing initiatives, acting as the go-to expert for program operations and issue resolution.
- Foster continuous improvement through test-to-learn activities.
- Analyze consumer data and feedback to generate actionable insights and support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure seamless program integration.
- Champion the voice of the consumer across the organization, fostering a consumer-centric culture.
- Ensure all consumer-facing activities comply with internal policies and local legal regulations.
- Manage program budgets effectively, contributing to planning and cost optimization.
We expect that you:
- Have a higher education degree in Marketing, Administration or similar.
- Have a proven successful experience in consumer experience management, marketing, project management.
- possess excellent organizational, planning and stakeholder management skills.
- Have great analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Show strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Have proactive and solution-oriented mindset with high learning agility.
- Are fluent in English.

Salary range for this role is 4800 EUR gross to 5500 EUR gross. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
